Hannah Hofweber joined Texas A&M Ventures in January 2020 as the Manager of Campus+ Partnerships. After graduating from Texas A&M University in 2012 with a Communication degree, Hannah spent over six years in Houston at a public relations firm working with many Fortune 100 companies. While there, she organized and managed hundreds of highly-customized training programs all over the world to ensure clients’ goals and objectives were met. She worked with clients in various industries such as: aerospace, e-commerce, energy, non-profit, retail, technology, transportation and more. Hannah currently resides in College Station with her husband and daughter.

Tierra oversees the brand experience team for Texas A&M University. With 14 years in higher education experience, she possesses a diverse skill set combined of recruitment, financial aid, client services and university marketing. In her current role, Tierra works to cultivate opportunities to elevate the Texas A&M brand and message position through strategic programming and immersive experiential events both digitally and in-person, she seeks opportunities to strengthen relationships with key brand partners and identify prospective brand partners, develop multi-platform digital marketing campaigns to support licensed products, and provide strategic vision for the new TAMUbrand channels.

Kyle oversees Texas A&M’s trademark licensing program and works closely with university partners on various brand engagement activations. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University and has more than 12 years of experience in the collegiate licensing industry.

Cody Kuecker joined Texas A&M Ventures in April 2019 as the Director of Client Services. He originally joined Learfield IMG College as an Integrated Marketing Manager in 2017 to develop marketing strategies, creative concepts and sales solutions for approximately 50 properties in the West Region, including Texas A&M. The Flower Mound, Texas native previously worked at The Marketing Arm in Dallas and Chicago on the AT&T Sponsorship account managing property and client relationships, asset fulfillment and activations at 18 collegiate properties. Cody graduated from Texas A&M University in 2014 with a major in Sport Management and minors in Business and Psychology.

Clay Harris joined Texas A&M Ventures as General Manager in August 2019. He previously held the same role for both the University of Houston and Rice University for Learfield IMG College. Clay’s leadership in sponsorship sales and business management put him in a unique role as the leader of Learfield IMG College’s day-to-day relationship with two on-campus properties. A native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, he attended Louisiana State University and Southeastern Louisiana and has a BA in Business Administration and an MBA. Clay currently resides in College Station, Texas.

Shane is responsible for the strategic growth of the Texas A&M brand through both marketing and business development enterprises. He has more than 25 years of retail and business experience with a focus in marketing, advertising, operations and human resources. In his prior role as Interim Vice President of Marketing & Communications, Shane launched Texas A&M’s first ever national reputation campaign and oversaw strategic communication efforts on its historic $4 billion comprehensive fundraising campaign. He successfully elevated Texas A&M’s brand at retail during the transition to the Southeastern Conference in 2012, which resulted in Texas A&M being named the Synergy Program of the Year by the International Collegiate Licensing Association. Prior to joining Texas A&M, Shane served as the Director of Marketing & Licensing at the University of Utah, where he directed the licensing program and oversaw daily operations of the university bookstore on campus. A graduate of Utah State University, Shane holds an undergraduate degree in political science and a graduate degree in human resource management. He is the author of the University of Utah Football Vault, which chronicles the history of the Utah football program from its inception.
